• All items are offered subject to availability. If we are unable to obtain the item or component parts of an item you have ordered, we will suggest alternative solutions, including the option of a full refund.

• We reserve the right to amend prices on the site without prior notice. This does not affect orders paid for prior to the price change taking place.

Returns policy

• For items which are held in stock, goods may be returned for a full refund less the postage & packaging charges.
• You must advise us within 7 days of receipt of your intention to return the item(s) and return them within 14 days.
• Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging, with postage paid by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.
• For items which are made to order or ordered in specifically for a customer order goods are non-refundable
• If you are unsure whether an item is refundable or not, please check with us before ordering.
• If you return an item which is non-refundable, or outside of the dead-lines outlined above, you will be liable for additional postage charges for the item(s) to be returned to you.
